LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will be shortened accordingly. Regardless of the resulting length of the treatment, payment in full will still be charged. Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Life happens and it is my policy to allow one "grace pass" for the first missed appointment or appointment cancelled less than 24 hours. However, if it happens a second time, you will be charged in full for that session.  Illness and emergency are exceptions to this policy. Please do not hesitate to cancel your appointment if you are sick. Not only will you prevent spreading the illness, massage could actually make the illness spread deeper into your body. Besides, you will enjoy your treatment much more when you are feeling better!
